Meet the Team

Jonathan is a Senior Company Director at Bennett Jones and has worked in Estate Agency for 34 years as well as being a founder member of the company, setting up the Estate Agency and Letting departments in 1990. He has a wealth of knowledge in the property market and has a strong belief that customer service is the absolute key to a successful Estate Agency. Jonathan lives with his wife locally in Cam, has two grown up children and enjoys running, dog walking, cooking and motor sport.

Tom grew up in Gloucestershire and went to Marling School in Stroud before studying Spanish and Management Science at Swansea University. After a year of travelling Tom joined the company in 2007 and has been running the Lettings department since 2010. Since then Tom has completed a degree in Building Surveying at UWE, Bristol, achieved a Level 4 in ARLA Propertymark, as well as becoming a Company Director in 2015. 

Richard grew up locally and was a pupil at Rednock School before going on to take a Masters Degree in Property where he spent part of his time studying in Italy. Richard joined the company in 2015 and has worked his way up to being a Senior Negotiator and vital part of the Sales team. He lives in Cheltenham and enjoys sport, having completed two marathons and is also a keen badminton player. 

Thomas joined the Lettings Team in 2016 and studied locally at Rednock School. He has since achieved Level 3 in his ARLA Propertymark qualifications in Lettings and Property Management making him an integral part of the Lettings Department. Thomas has a strong knowledge of the local area and now lives with his Fiancee in Dursley.

Sue initially joined the company as a Lettings Administrator and as her love for Sales shone through she transferred to the Sales team as a Negotiator. Having grown up in Dursley she has good knowledge of the area and continues to live locally with her husband and three children who attend the local schools. She began her journey as a former Sales Manager for a Gloucester based firm and joined Bennett Jones in 2011 bringing her knowledge and expertise on board.

Julie joined Bennett Jones in 2000 after working as a negotiator and manager at two previous firms in Wotton under Edge. Julie has 40 years of experience and vast knowledge of the local housing market as a senior negotiator. Julie is married and lives in Kingswood while also being a member of Wotton Band for 50 years.

Ryan joined the company in 2020 with a previous background in sales. Growing up locally in Cam he attended Rednock school before studying business management at Swansea University. Ryan is currently studying for his Level 3 Propertymark qualifications and recently bought his first house in Gloucester with his partner. 

Emma has been involved in Estate Agency since 1985 and joined Bennett Jones in 2010 as a Lettings Administrator. She is very experienced and knowledgeable member of the team. Emma lives in Dursley and is married with two grown up children.  

Mary was born and raised in Thornbury and has lived in Breadstone, Berkeley for many years. She joined the company as a Sales Administrator in 2018 after a long career at Thornbury Town Council. Mary is married with three grown up children and is an active member of Slimbridge gardening club.

Nicola joined Bennett Jones in 2018 as a Sales Administrator and has a secretarial working background. She grew up in Kingswood, Wotton under Edge, went to KLB School and now lives in Charfield with her partner and has two grown up children. Nicola is a member of Charfield Congregational Church and enjoys walking her dog.

Sally was brought up in Bristol and joined Bennett Jones as a Saturday Negotiator in 2017. Sally has been involved in Sales for many years and lives locally in Dursley.

Ainsley has been involved in Estate Agency since 1972 and has a wealth of experience. She joined the company in 2001 and retired in 2014. After a short time at home Ainsley rejoined Bennett Jones as a Saturday receptionist and has also covered maternity leave. She lives in Cam, is married and has two grown up daughters and five grandchildren. Ainsley looks after her grandchildren during the week and is a member of Ashmead WI.

June has been a member of the Bennett Jones team since 2010 having previously worked in New Homes and Estate Agency. June was brought up in Wales and now lives in Cam with her 3 dogs as well as volunteering at GL11, the local community hub and the RSPCA.
